QMS Policy

Overview

 

Purpose

This document describes the QMS policy of Empiric AI. Empiric AI strives to deliver its customers quality products and services, for this purpose Empiric AI has worked on the QMS policy which will help it achieve this purpose.

Scope

This document applies to all members of EmpiricAI.

QMS Policy

Following is the Quality management Policy of EmpiricAI:

  • “Empiric AI strives to provide secure and quality IT Solutions to its existing and potential customers while remaining compliant to national and international regulatory requirements.
  • Empiric AI invests in its human resource by providing them a conducive work environment and regular trainings, guidelines for skill development.
  • Empiric AI strives to provide secure and quality IT Solutions by being customer centric, responsive to market needs and customer expectations.
  • Empiric AI would take keen interest in improvement of quality of QMS and related actions will be undertaken regularly to continually improve the QMS performance.”

 

Responsibilities

Responsible PersonResponsibilities
CEO·         Responsible for the enforcement of QMS policy.

 

Steering Committee·         Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained,

·         Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, and

·         Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

 

Implementation Team·         Assisting with implementation of QMS controls
Employees·         Protecting Empiric AI’s and its customers data

·         Ensuring information used and created within their job function is protected according to the policies outlined in this QMS Policy.

·         Reporting any known or suspected violation of policy, and cooperating in the investigation of  incidents if needed.

 

People Team·         Ensure training are conducted as needed

·         Ensuring a healthy working environment for employees

 

Customer Success Team·         Ensuring customer feedback is taken, documented and all concerns are properly addressed

 

Applicability

This policy is applicable to following in scope:

  • Suppliers/contractors
  • Employees
  • Customers
  • Service Providers

Policy Review Frequency

Policy will be reviewed bi-annually in Management review meetings or whenever required.

Policy Communication

Policy will be communicated internally through email and awareness sessions and will be available on my cloud. For external communication the policy shall be available on Empiric AI’s website.
